Building the vision together
Not everyone can repair vehicles. Not everyone owns rare spare parts. And not everyone has connections in the motorhome world. But perhaps you have exactly what this project still needs. My father’s Ducato was stolen, was considered lost for many years, and then completely unexpectedly was found again. Now its second journey begins, and I am documenting every step along the way.

Who I am looking for
- 🔧 People with experience working on the Fiat Ducato 280 and 290
- 🚐 Motorhome owners with practical tips and experience
- 🏭 Companies that offer spare parts or materials
- ⚙️ Dealers with old warehouse stock
- 🛠 Restorers and skilled craftspeople
- 📹 People who would like to help share this project
- ❤️ Everyone who enjoys bringing something that once seemed lost back to life
How you can help
This project does not depend on one major contribution but on many small ones. Perhaps you know someone who still has the right spare part sitting on a shelf. Perhaps you know where rare original parts can still be found, or you have your own experience with the Fiat Ducato 290. Sometimes a good tip, a useful contact, or the name of a dealer I have not yet discovered is all it takes. Tools, materials, or expert advice can also make a real difference. And sometimes the greatest help is simply sharing this story with others. Every contribution, whether large or small, brings this motorhome one step closer to its second life.

💚 Financial support
Not everyone has a matching spare part sitting in their garage or the skills to pitch in themselves. If you would like to support this project financially, any contribution is greatly appreciated. Every donation goes directly into the restoration of my Fiat Ducato 290 and helps to move this special project forward, step by step.
